The hotel had beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean rooms with a really comfy bed. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by feeling unwelcome and receiving poor service from some staff members, leading to a decision not to return.

The hotel rooms were spotless and modern, with lovely touches like the 'survival box' just in case you forgot anything. Although the room size was good and comfortable with nice amenities, it was a bit smaller than expected based on the website pictures, not exactly matching the anticipated value for the price paid. However, the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, and a pleasant breakfast selection made from quality ingredients.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was luxurious with a sea view, well-decorated, and had good facilities. The service was fantastic from the start with friendly and professional staff. The location was perfect, right by the tram terminal and the sea wall promenade. The dining experience was good, but the breakfast timing was a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money.
